Service and Usage Agreement

General Terms and Conditions
Parties
This contract is concluded between SHNOZ GLOBAL LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Agency") and the customer purchasing services (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
Service Description
The agency offers web design, digital marketing, SEO, content creation and management, social media management, graphic design and similar digital services.
Service Fee
The price of the services is the amount determined and invoiced between the parties. Payment will be made to the bank accounts specified by the Agency or through payment systems.
Service Period and Delivery
The service period may vary according to the nature of the work and is carried out in accordance with the schedule determined between the parties. Delivery dates depend on the timely transmission of information and materials provided by the customer.
Confidentiality and Security
All information and materials provided by the customer will be protected in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties. The Agency takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the data used during the service.

Special Conditions
Service Return Policy
Since the services we offer as SHNOZ GLOBAL LTD are idea generation and labour intensive services, the return request for the service must be made within 14 days after the purchase. Within this period, if there are services such as design, content, editing, etc. that have been processed and completed, 30% of the price paid is deducted and a refund is made in return for these and the labour provided during the elapsed time.
Information Provision and Efficiency
In order to obtain effective efficiency from our services, the information requested from the customer must be transmitted to us in a timely and complete manner. Providing incomplete or delayed information may adversely affect the quality and delivery time of the service.
Language Use and Translation Tools
The main language used by our company's managers and technical staff is "Turkish". For this reason, in international service purchases, automatic translation tools such as Google, Deepl, etc. can be used to ensure communication. We are not responsible for any problems that may arise due to incorrect translations. In order to avoid such problems, depending on the status of the purchased service, the necessary examination should be made by the customer after the delivery of the work and "CONFIRMATION" should be given.
Hosting Service Usage
Especially for web design packages, in the HOSTING service offered FREE of charge, the allocated internet space should not be used for other purposes. In case of detection of such use or in hosting; illegal, erotic, immoral, immoral, damaging or anger-inducing materials, spam software and codes, etc. The problems and legal responsibilities that will occur in case of possession belong to the customer and are the reason for cancellation for the service.
